Points to note:

 

Needs a bulb in corner light.

 

There has been water ingress somewhere around the front window. It was re-sealed last year and it had been dry but has developed a small leak over the winter. The drainage channel above the window was clogged with tree leaves. Since clearing this not noted any further issues.  

 

Crack in toilet seat lid.
